ACID WHEY problem with Greek Yogurt

Our company in Greece as well as in USA (where our Greek Yogurt is produced), uses the most up to date method where there is not a single drop of acid whey allowed to leave the factory. We have abandoned the method of centrifugation (mechanical separation of yogurt coagulant) long time ago. (since 1991, in Europe environmental protection is monitored very strictly). Most of the big Greek Yogurt producers in New York have adopted the mechanical separation which for every pound of yogurt produced, 3 pounds of ACID WHEY must be thrown down the drain. We are very proud that we produce better Greek Yogurt than anybody taking the best care of the environment wherever we produce our yogurt.
